Our Suppliers

We are very lucky to be able to source so many of our ingredients locally.

There are a few craft butchers who provide me with top quality, fully traceable beef, pork, poultry and lamb. All our fruit and vegetables come from Fox’s Farm Fresh Fruit & Vegetables in Mullingar. When David was young, his dad used to buy boxes of apples form the original Mr Fox so this is a second generation relationship!

All our eggs come from a free range farm just a few miles up the road from David's home.
