Here is a another propular and easy to make, sweet treat for these dark winter days!
Ingredients
- 100g butter
- 200g golden syrup
- 300g good quality chocolate (I use half and half dark and milk)
- 200g rich tea broken up
- 200g digestive broken up
- Table spoon coconut
- 50g chopped nuts
- 50g mini marshmallows
Method
- Melt butter, golden syrup and chocolate on a gentle heat till fully melted
- Take off heat and add milk
- Then add biscuits and nuts, allow to cool for a few minutes then add half the marsh mallows and pour into lined 12” tin, smooth out mixture and then toss rest of marsh mallows on top.
- Refrigerate and enjoy
