Here’s an easy to make, sweet treat that is ideal for cold, mucky winter weather!
- 200g self raising flour
- 200g soft, dark brown sugar
- 100g melted butter
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 50g finely chopped dark chocolate
- 50g finely chopped milk chocolate
- 1 heaped teaspoon coconut
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Divide in to 24 equal portions
- Bake for 10 minutes at 190 degrees
Leave to cool slightly and then enjoy!
